Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we proudly ship our products worldwide.


Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.


Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, we’re unable to make changes. However, once you receive the item, you're welcome to return it for a full refund.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.


When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, with shipping beginning the following business day. Please note we do not ship on weekends.


How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand and international shipping, orders may take between 2–4 weeks to arrive.


What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund. Just contact us and we’ll take care of it.


Will I be charged customs and taxes?
All prices are displayed tax-free in USD. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not covered by Frontier Media. For more information, please consult your local customs office.


How do I return an item?

What if I received a defective, incorrect, or damaged item?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us right away. Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and a description of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For credit/debit card payments, it may take 7–10 business days after the return is received or cancellation is confirmed. Contact your bank or credit card provider for posting timelines.
